Floor Mounted Pallet Flow Lanes are designed for reducing forklift use and travel time with also assisting with inventory management and space optimization
Pallet Jacks navigate smoothly on/off delivery trucks and then quickly when moving back and forth between truck and staging lanes

In theory, this combination should offer a smooth and time-efficient process for setting up a successful staging area, however, there is a problem connecting the two...In the past, pallet jacks could not be used with flow lanes because their outriggers could not lift to the proper elevation for handling a pallet.

Fortunately, the Mallard Pallet Jack Access Ramp eliminates the issue! With the Jack Access Ramp, pallet jacks are able to drive up the ramp to load and unload pallets easily and efficiently onto Floor Mounted Pallet Flow Lanes. Essentially eliminate the need for a forklift!

Product Details: The ramps are constructed with heavy-duty galvanized material with “textured grip” surface to regulate the speed of the pallet jacks accessing the system or to prevent the operator from slipping.
