Project 2 Manufacturer of Cosmetics & Wellness Products

Our client is in the cosmetic and wellness business and required multiple semi-clean room modular enclosures for the production of wellness capsules and cosmetics. Their manufacturing space is leased so this was a perfect fit for modular construction. The main enclosures (2) were each 120'L x 24'W x 12'H and connected by a center breezeway. One enclosure consisted of a 24'H load bearing tall wall section used to enclose a large mixer machine. The walls are 3" with vinyl covered exteriors and all interiors were fiberglass reinforced plastic. Conventional construction was estimated to take three months while our modular design was installed in six weeks. In addition, there are tax advantages and significant cost savings over conventional construction.
