Customer: U.S. Army, Fort Eustis, VA Description: The Army utilizes this Apache helicopter hanger for technical and maintenance training purposes. In addition to the hands on training they also require observation training and lectures from a high vantage point. We provided them with a freestanding pre-engineered mezzanine with vertical rung ladders on each end and all removable hand railing. Stairs could not be utilized as we could not encroach into valuable hanger space, as well there were many floor obstructions. Customer will also use the additional space to store tri-walls and aircraft parts. |

Description: We designed a two level catwalk system with the combination of closed adjustable shelving for “binable” items, open adjustable shelving for modular drawers that contained small parts, and also a sizeable pallet staging area. As part of our installation services, we also provided power outlets to both platform levels as well an enhanced aisle lighting system. |

Description: Our customer had a wide variety of storage requirements and wanted a "one stop" shop. We provided tricked out Lista work stations and seating for weapon tear down and maintenance, Kardex Remstar vertical lift modules for all of their spare weapon parts, Dasco expandable weapon racks to store their complex and wide variety of weaponry and a Wirecrafters issue cage utilizing 6 gauge welded wire, and electronic door locks with interior exit push bars. |

Description: Our customer required a variety of storage equipment to outfit their new design build logistics supply warehouse. We utilized Husky pallet rack and galvanized wire decking for their pallet storage needs, plastic totes for order picking and equipment issue, and Borrough's Box Edge heavy duty adjustable shelving and modular drawers for their smaller parts and bulk storage needs. The project was completed under budget and on time! |

Customer: NASA-Wallops Island VA
Description: The customer stored small rocket assembly parts, hardware, fittings, etc. in outdated small parts drawers, bin cabinets, and shelving with dividers and had out grown their storeroom. In addition, they were loosing valuable time picking parts, lacking inventory control and loosing product. Our solution was two Kardex Remstar vertical lift modules utilizing adjustable partition and divider sets and an inventory control software package. They freed up 80% of valuable floor space and streamlined their inventory accuracy and efficiency. |

Customer: Advance Training Command, Fort Story, VA
Description: Each operator needed to have their own individual storage cage and rack space for securing their training gear, while also providing an isolated changing space to better facilitate rapid deployments and shift changes. 15 years ago we provided similar cages (Green curtain photo) to the same command that are being demolition and relocated. Our solution: Wirecrafter's woven wire mesh partition system. Each cage consisted of full length hanger bars, stand alone adjustable racks, and vinyl privacy curtains. |

Customer: US Army Fort Belvoir Equipment Issue Facility
Description: The customer required a turnkey storage solution for archival parts storage, bulk palletized items and secured small parts storage for issuing of quick moving items. We installed a Datum high density storage system with four post shelving for storage of over 20,000 archival parts, pallet rack for bulk storage and two Kardex Remstar VLM units for storage of secured repair parts that are issued out daily. Details: The customer required two-two story modular offices. Three offices were used to support their workers in the fabrication and production branch of their new facility and one first floor enclosure was designed for restroom and wash facilities. Custom height windows allowed for better visibility looking onto the production floor. Both enclosures were designed too look into both sides of the customer's fabrication and production floor. |
